In the evening, when the château empties after the visitors have left, the restaurant transforms into an exceptional dining venue, the setting for grand dinners reminiscent of the King's era, reserved for exclusive soirées. In a finely orchestrated ballet, the Grand Maître d'hôtel sets the rhythm of these dinners, inspired by the traditions of the royal court.
